PRAKASH Presses with solid body plates have higher rigidity reducing deflection of frame thereby increasing the die life. The use of solid body plates instead of hollow box type frame eliminates excessive welding stresses reducing vibration making it suitable to work in both higher & lower gauge. The bed is groove fitted in a seat and welded which is only possible in solid plates thus eliminating chances of welding crack on heavy loads.
